Some fungi highlights from our walk.
Another first for us Thelephora terrestris ( Earthfan )…
We spotted these in the sandy, grassy verges of the paths adjacent stands of conifers.

Following our discovery of Black Morels – Morchella elata – at the allotment — more excitement when we found a large array of False Morels – Gyromitra esculenta in a large grassy clearing adjacent a conifer stand…
And this wonderful Auriscalpium vulgare – Earpick Fungus…
