In early May we spotted this wonderful cluster of juvenile salmon pink aethalia oozing orange goo droplets. Over the following weeks we observed it’s development to a degraded spore mass.

In late May on the same log as above – closely scattered mature aethalia that we observed over the following weeks.

Drainage Channel Path

Late May, at the end of the drainage channel path – past the bench on a decaying trunk – close clusters of juvenile salmon pink aethalia.

We checked them out on the next two visits.

Past The Outpost we spotted some juvenile buff-yellow aethalia.
